Hyster S155xl2 With Short Mast

Hyster S155XL2  cushion tire forklift. We buy these regularly from a large northeast company and normally completely rebuild them. This one was bought for a core, however, we no longer have time to work on it. It is not presently running. The machine is complete except for forks and battery. We are not at all sure what it needs ,we put a battery in it and it wouldn't crank that's as far as we got except for making sure the engine is not seized.
