We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Hyster Model S50XL, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new from 1986.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong GM 3 Liter, Four (4) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, full see-through, measuring 81" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 40" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates really, really good.  The tires are good at 80% in front and 80% in the rear.  The width of these units is 43" and the overall length is 88" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 81" from the floor to the top of the mast.  They weigh approx. 8,400# each.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major trucking company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 6111 total hours.  They keep the three stage forklifts forever because the only place they use them is in their maintenance department.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
