CONDITION

· Most of our items listed are posted and sold either AS-IS or WORKING. If sold “Working” you have 30 days from the date of arrival to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return or exchange policy that was offered. There are no refunds or exchanges or returns for items that are sold AS IS.

· Please, understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.

· It is your responsibility to verify the software or the capability of an item you purchase prior to purchasing it, to confirm it works with what you have. No refund will be given if item is working but not compatible with your equipment. In most cases this can be negotiated, but it must be done prior to your purchase.

· Items sometimes show the serial number, due to the fact that sometimes we have multiple items for sale you might not get the one in the photo, the item will be in as good or better condition than the photo shown.

· All, items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.

POLICY & RETURNS

· If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact us either by email or telephone or through classifieds board and give us the opportunity to work it out with you. With most items you have 30 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working. However, some items are sold “AS IS”.

· First, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible, if you have notified us of the problem within 7 business days of receiving the item.

· We are open Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, except for closed holidays, and weekends. However, we do check our classifieds board account throughout the weekend.

SHIPPING

· Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.

· We are Not Responsible for any damages or missing shipment if insurance is not purchased. All items shipped to other Countries MUST have insurance for the full value.

· Expedited Shipping is usually always available for an additional fee.

· Shipping and handling FEDEX or USPS is who we prefer to use. Our listing usually only offer Fedex Ground , however if you are wanting faster shipping, please make a note of that in the message box and I will confirm the price and send you a new invoice. 

· International buyers U.S. Postage Priority Mail contact us for shipping and handling charges. If you prefer you may also provide us with your shipping accounts to be used for the item or items.

· Larger items are sometimes more affordable to be shipped using freight companies.

· We use classifieds board shipping calculator and sometime their calculations are off, if you think the shipping is high, please contact me and I will do my best in getting it adjusting for you.

· Orders are shipped on weekdays only.

· We offer shipping discounts when you purchase more than one item, so do not be alarmed with what it comes up on classifieds board it will be adjusted prior to you making the payment.
