Condition is "Seller refurbished".Ready to go to work, unit has been serviced every 3 months with fresh service and runs great. Unit is OSHA approved and has all the bells and whistles including front and rear work lights, finger tip controls, strobe, back-up alarm, mono petal, back-up horn button and more. It has minor scratches and dings on counterweight and dash has some cracking but does not affect operation and not very noticeable. Drive tires are non-marking and are worn but still have a lot of life left. Comes with 48 inch forks, LP tank not included.
