There is a Sellick lift on front, Model # 823-1.95.2.529, Serial # 1866501. Forklift is four wheel drive, has a heated cab and tires are in "like new" condition. Froklift has been fully serviced and is ready to go. All mechanical functions are properly working, Engine runs quietly, no leaks.  Froklift can be test driven at our Leroy N.Y location. PAYMENT OF ITEMS

• We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards by phone.
• No personal checks. We are a verified paypal user.
• Payment must be completed within 4 days after auction or sale close.
• If payment has not been paid by 10 days after close we will send a final notice then file a no-pay claim with classifieds board.
• If you live within New York, or pick your item up at our store, we have to charge sales tax. (8.00%)
• New York food service businesses are tax-exempt for some cooking equipment purchases, check with us.
• We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

SHIPPING, AND CLAIMS

• ALWAYS inspect all items for damage BEFORE accepting them from shipper.  
• All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage.
• Used equipment will be shipped as described.  
• Most items will be delivered within 5 days after payment has been received. 
• The buyer is responsible for filing claims with the shipping service if the buyer accepted the item from the shipping service. We will help out with any information you may need.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• Returns must be approved first by North Country Ganson Rose before any item may be returned.
• Refunds will be made by Paypal, credit card, or check by our discretion.
• A 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
• All equipment is guaranteed, in stated working condition for 14 days from time time you have received it.
• Returns DO NOT include shipping.
