 2006 JCB 527- 55 TELESCOPIC 6K LBS 18'  FORKLIFT TELEHANDLER LOADALL Needs work

Total Hours are believed to be under 2500. We bought the machine with 600 hours on it. The digital numbers got hard to read so replaced with a mechanical around 1,000 hours. This machine does have some issues that will need attention. This type of machine stands out for its load height being able to load in dump trailers as well as pile snow as high as you want. Comes with Bucket and forks, I believe there is even a heavy duty grapple bucket we made for it. It also has fully enclosed cab, we built a heavy duty radiator guard.

Biggest issues:

- Hydraulic Clutch is pretty much out on it. When cold it was will run for about 15-20 minutes until the fluid heats up then it starts to bypass and will stop moving.

- The arm will bump into the side of the cab. The arm pin needs to be replaced to fix this. We ran machine as is for months and wasn't a operational issue

Other issues

- Has solid rubber tires that should be replaced

- AC Squeals

- 4 Wheel steering sensors do work automatically so a couple times a year we would have to use a piece of metal to activate the sensor to line the wheels back up. We always left in 4 wheel steering mode so wasn't a huge deal.

These machines with these hours I see sold between 20k-30k . My buy it price reflects the repairs needed to be made to make this a very useful machine again. Was always serviced and repaired by dealer.
