I own/operate a very large commercial roofing company.  A few years ago we decided purchase all our own equipment rather than rent.  My company just got to large and our projects got way too spread out for me to be able to get the equipment on/off the jobsites when they were needed.  We decided it was best for us to just go back to renting equipment from the closest rental company to the project and sell all of the equipment.  We are very good at commercial roofing and that is what we wanted to put all our focus on for 2018 and upcoming years.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the equipment I am selling.  I had over 10 pieces of heavy equipment and I am down to only (2) pieces left.  Up for sale is my JLG G10-55A. It has 5,584 hours. This telehandler has had absolutely no problems. It is regularly maintained. I am selling all of my heavy equipment and transport trucks/trailers. I've sold every telehandler, transport truck, etc. except this one. This lift has been on a project for the past year and just now came back from that job. I have this priced quite a bit below value in order to sell it very quickly. When doing a search, the least expensive JLG 10k I could find was $94,550.00 and I paid well over $100k for this one. I'm selling it for $85,000 OBO which is a very great deal. I'm also selling: 2016 Pitts HD35 hydraulic tail trailer with headache rack and winch: $40,500.00, the trailer has less than 20,000 miles on it.   Please let me know if you have any questionCaleb phone
