We are selling this:  LPG!!!,  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!! "Excellent Operating"  and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Excellent Operating Komatsu Model FG 25C-11, 5,000# Capacity Forklift w/ Nissan 4 Cylinder, OHV, LPG Engine and a Two Speed Forward and Reverse Standard Transmission, manufactured new in 1996.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188" with 38" of FREE LIFT.  The Class II Forks are 5" X 42" and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The Drive Tires are Good Solid Pneumatic Type at 70% with no chunking and the Rear Tires are Good Solid Pneumatic Type at 75% .  The width of this unit is 44" from left side to right side of the forklift and the overall length is 96" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 9,000#.  The company this Forklift came from s a small Tool & Die Shop.  They had this forklift serviced regularly by an independent forklift repair company and anything found to be wrong was fixed immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 8098 total hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.
