We are selling these:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklifts.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio are these "Just Reconditioned" and Fine Operating Komatsu Model FG30SHT-16, 6000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2013 and 2014.  These units are in excellent operating condition throughout.  They are powered by a very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motors (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is: THREE (3) STAGE, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 183".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 32" inside to inside of the forks. These forklifts operate great.  The tires are 75% Treaded Type all around.  The width of these units are 42" and the overall length is 95" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  They weigh approx. 10250# each.  These forklifts came out of service about a week ago.  The company they came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 8005 & 4928 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Two Headlights, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Brake Lights, Back-Up Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
