We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio are these Good Looking and Fine Operating Komatsu Model FG30SHT-16, 6000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2015.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is THREE (3) STAGE, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 183".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 32" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are 75% Treaded Type all around.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 95" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 10250#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 4928 & 8005 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Two Headlights, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Brake Lights, Back-Up Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
