We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Fine Operating Komatsu Model FG25ST-16, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2017.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are Good at 80% all around.  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,800#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large soft drink distributing facility) has their forklifts serviced by their local Komatsu dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 3378 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Two Headlights, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, Back-Up Lights, Brake Lights, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
