We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  "Absolutely Excellent"!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Low Hour, Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Komatsu Model FG25STLP-12, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N 511535A, manufactured new in 2000.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mazda 2.2 Liter Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, see-through, measuring 84" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188" w/ 60" of Freelift.  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 29" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid treaded cushion tires are excellent at no less than 95%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 94" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 84" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,900#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small tool and die company) and has had excellent maintenance since new.  This forklift was serviced regularly by their local Komatsu Dealer and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Komatsu OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 10120 total hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Brake and Reverse Lights, Turn Signal Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
