We Are Selling This 2004 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Fine Operating", Komatsu Model FG35BCS-T, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, S/N 102879A, manufactured new in 2004.  This unit has a fine Nissan Engine and is in very good operating condition throughout.  It is powered by the Nissan Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, lever shifting automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 86" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 33" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a Good operating  forklift.  The tires are Cushion Treaded Type in front at 80% and rear at about 75%+!!  The width of this unit is 48" and the overall length is 104" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 86" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approx. 14,600#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large turnkey machinery rigging and installation company) has their forklifts maintained by their own maintenance shop that really knows what they're doing.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Komatsu/Nissan OEM parts.
