We Are Selling This "Excellent Reconditioned" Komatsu FG40ZT-4:  LPG Powered!!!  Dual Pneumatic Tired!!!  Forklift with Side Shift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Excellent Operating and Ready to go to Work", Just Reconditioned Komatsu Model FG40ZT-4, 8,000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Dual Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 110773A.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Komatsu Six (6) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 108" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 170".  The Class III Forks are 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 56" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a fine running forklift.  The tires are all EXCELLENT Pneumatic Tires at 90% +!!  The width of this unit is 68" and the overall length is 104" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 108" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 14,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  It has only 3860 original hours.  The company it came from (a Small Lumber Company) has their forklifts maintained by their local Komatsu Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Komatsu OEM parts.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $150.00 for a full aluminum tank, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.  Please bare in mind, most freight companies will not ship forklifts with LPG tanks attached due to Hazmat regulations.
