It has brand new solid pneumatic tires that work great for indoor or outdoor use.  The Nissan engine is very reliable and runs on propane ( LP tank not included).  It has a 2 stage mast capable of a lifting height of 10 ft. 6 in. and the forks are 48 in. long.  The side shift makes loading and unloading a breeze.  With fresh paint, new muffler, and the recent PM service this lift is ready to go.
