For sale is a very good condition  Lull  1044C-54 Rough Terrain Telescopic Forklift.  54 foot lift height and 10,000 pound lift capacity*.  It has the John Deere 4045T Four Cylinder Turbo Diesel Engine in it. Four wheel drive, four wheel steer.  It has 3 steering modes (front only, round and crab).  It has main frame tilt and fork frame tilt (left and right and front to back). 4 speed ZF transmission and ZF axles. Front outriggers. The machine has been cleaned and greased. New seat with seat belt.       Mechanic: front 2 outer top chains replaced, all  3  front top outer chains greased, boom chains adjusted, transfer carriage frame welded and plated under right hand rear tilt cylinder (see pic), all axles, hubs and transmission fluids are full as well as hydraulic fluid and coolant.      I replaced engine oil and filter, air filters, fuel filter, hydraulic return filter and tank breather, new battery, new alternator,  had right hand lift cylinder rod end repaired with machining and new bearing and pin, replaced seat, greased machine, cleaned, installed reflectors,  lubed boom and wear pads.     The machine does not leak and all functions work. The second Auxiliary system has been removed, so you can not install a tower on this machine without replacing some hydraulic lines. It has a removable fork frame, so you can install a bucket or platform with Lulls' quick disconnect frame.      The 4 Cylinder John Deere 4045T Turbo Diesel starts right up and has much power. It has a block heater. Everything else is the same as far as the typical John Deere 4045 engine goes. 7375 hours on the original meter.      It may need two hoses in the front carriage and one in the rear, but they are not leaking now. The coating is beginning to flake off. The back up alarm works and all boom functions too.  Comes with 2 tine forks.  These machines are getting harder and harder to find, especially in this condition at this price. Or you could buy a new 10k for about $90k. Take a look at this machine and make an offer, I'm negotiable, but I know what I have.  You could buy it and put a $5K 2 color paint job on it and sell it in the low 40's like the other guys. Or you could put a $3K one color paint job on it and sell for a profit or keep it for yourself.  Or you could buy it, not put anything into it except fuel and get to work making money and looking good doing it. *capacity diminishes as you extend outward.
