We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Mitsubishi Model FG15N-LP, 3000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift,  manufactured new in 2008.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mitsubishi 2.5 Liter Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, see-through, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are good at no less than 70%.  The width of this unit is 40" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  Freelift is 35" (with LBR installed).  It weighs approx. 6,200#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small tire warehouse) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Mitsubishi OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 15203 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has an In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, Rear View Mirror, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
