We are selling this:  LPG!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING,  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!! "Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Excellent Operating Nissan Model MUG1F2A30LV, 6,000# Capacity Forklift w/ Rebuilt Nissan OHV, LPG Engine and a Single Speed Forward and Reverse Automatic Transmission, manufactured new in 2014.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 85" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187" with 48" of FREE LIFT.  The Class III Forks are 5" X 48" and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The Tires are NEW.  The width of this unit is 46" from left side to right side of the forklift and the overall length is 98" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 85" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 10375#.  The company this Forklift came from leased it with a full service contract from their local Nissan Dealer.  All of their forklifts are leased with full service contracts and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 7355 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
