We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  As Arrived and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Nissan Model CPJ02A025PV, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2005.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a real fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The masts are two (2) stage, trucker special, full see-through, measuring 56" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 81".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 40" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates very well.  The tires are good to excellent at 80%.  The width of these units is 42" and the overall length is 84" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 81" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 8,050#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company they came from (a major trucking company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Factory OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 9,400 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (1) Headlight, Horn, Hydraulic Side Shift, and Tilt Steering Wheel. 

If you are in need of a forklift of this size, take a real good look here.  This is a great running forklift, a decent looking forklift, and it is a Nissan (one of the finer forklifts made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in an LPG powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new.  This is not a beautiful forklift but it runs and operates great and it has a side shift which is very rare for these trucker specials.  Load rating is 5,000# @ 24" LC.
