We Are Selling This:  LPG Powered!!!  "Just Refurbished" Cushion Tired!!!  Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Fine Operating", Nissan Model CRGH02F35V, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, S/N CRGH02-920442.  This unit has a fine Nissan Engine and is in very good operating condition throughout.  It is powered by the Nissan Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, lever shifting automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 123".  The class III forks are 6" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 24" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a Good operating  forklift.  The tires are NEW Cushion Type.  The width of this unit is 44" and the overall length is 95" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approx. 14,000#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large turnkey machinery rigging and installation company) has their forklifts maintained by their own maintenance shop that really knows what they're doing.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Nissan OEM parts.
