We are selling this:  Nissan Diesel Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, (1040 Hours, But The Hour Meter is 5 Digits, So Considering The Age And The Original Owner, We Suspect 11,040 Hours To Be Correct), Completely Checked Out Mechanically AND IN "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION"!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Nissan Model DF05A60V, 13000# Capacity, Nissan Diesel Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N DF05-000456, manufactured new in 1987.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Nissan (6) CYLINDER OHV In Line DIESEL MOTOR (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 97" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 177".  The Pinned Forks are 6" wide X 47" long and will spread to a width of 60" inside to inside of the forks.  It is equipped with SIDE SHIFT.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are good at 80% on the drive and good at 80% on the rear.  The width of this unit is 76" and the overall length is 141" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 97" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 18,600#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small, Brick and Block Sales Company) had an excellent Maintenance Department and this forklift received excellent maintenance since new (We bought this forklift from the Original Owner).  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Nissan OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 1040 total hours, but we believe it rolled over one time making the actual hours 11040 hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
