We Are Selling This 1995 Model:  Gasoline Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Fine Operating", Nissan Model KAPH02A25PV, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N KAPH02P900583, manufactured new in 1995  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Nissan 2.4 OHV (4) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 130".  Freelift is 59".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 39" long and will spread to a width of 27" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are solid pneumatic type in front at 70% and solid pneumatic type in the rear at 80%!!  The width of this unit is 44" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small tool shop) has their forklifts maintained by a local equipment maintenance company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Nissan OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 9307 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
