We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  As Arrived and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Nissan Model KCPH02A25RV, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1995.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPGMotor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is four (4) stage, measuring 94" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 276".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 40" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates as good as it looks.  The tires are good to excellent at 85% to 95%.  The width of these units are 42" and the overall length is 84" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 94" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 9,055#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company they came from (a major bottling company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Nissan OEM parts.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  

If you are in need of a forklift of this size that will lift up to 23', take a real good look here.  This is great running forklift, a decent looking forklift, and it is a Nissan (one of the best operating forklifts made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in a high lifting, LPG powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new.  This is not a beautiful forklift but it runs and operates great.  Load rating is 5,000# @ 24" LC.
