We Are Selling This 1998 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Absolutely Beautiful and Absolutely Excellent Nissan Model KPH02A25V 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N KPH02P902911, manufactured new in 1998.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Nissan (6) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 84" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  Freelift is 35" with load backrest installed and 57" with it removed.  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 31" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are pneumatic type in front at 90% and pneumatic in the rear at 90%!!  The width of this unit is 44" and the overall length is 101" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 84" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 9,100#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major hardware company) has their forklifts maintained by a local equipment maintenance company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Nissan OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 4734 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.

All accessaries work including two (2) LED headlights, tail lights, brake lights, signal lights.
