We Are Selling This:  Beautiful LPG Powered!!!  "Excellent Operating", "Heavy Duty", Cushion Tired!!!  Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Beautiful and Fine Operating", Allis Chalmers Model ACC120, 12000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, Manufactured New in Approximately 1985.  This unit has a fine Continental L-Head, 6 Cylinder LPG Engine and is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It has a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 100" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 138".  The class IV forks are 8" wide X 59" long and will spread to a width of 35" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great operating  forklift.  The tires are 70% Cushion Type all around.  The width of this unit is 52" and the overall length is 107" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 100" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approx. 17,850.00#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large steel supply warehouse) has their forklifts maintained by their local Hyster Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with easy to find after market parts.  The hour meter reads only 4507 hours.
