Full Payment on all items is required within 48 hours of sale. Once the buyer is awarded the auction or agrees to purchases Buy It Now or Best Offer, the sale is binding and buyer is required to accept delivery. Buyers wishing to change their minds post valid sale, Will Not be refunded. This policy differs from a buyer accepting an item and requesting a return for a valid reason. Return Policy

All returns my be approved before buyer returns item. Photographic evidence of defect or basis for return must be submitted on same day as return request. Kindly do not return item until your request has been approved. Ideal-Surplus reserves the right to refuse returns in accordance with classifieds board Policies.

Freight Shipping & Local Pick Up Policy

*Ideal-Surplus is committed to providing timely processing and shipping. Freight Item listings require a third party freight quote at fluctuating industry rates. We will always get your the best rate available if you choose to have us ship for you. Turn around time on freight shipping is subject to delays provided by third party agents coordinating shipping tasks. *Customers wishing to send their own carrier will be allowed 7 business days, beginning from the time of sale, to have the item picked up from our warehouse. Please contact us to coordinate pick up..  Pick-Up Times are Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm.Carriers/Agents/Customers arriving before 10am will not be loaded till after 10am. Carriers/Agents/Customers arriving after 3pm will be loaded after 10am the following business day, Mondays excluded. Items unclaimed within 10 business days will be considered abandoned property. **The Sale is Considered Completed When The Item Is Loaded Onto The Shippers Vehicle. Buyers agent assumes care of property at time of receipt. Buyers agree to mark an item received when their agent has taken custody of the item, as opposed to WHEN THE BUYER RECEIVES THE ITEM FROM THE FREIGHT FORWARDER.  Please coordinate & exchange contact information with your Freight Forwarder. Heavy Machinery & Vehicles must be loaded solely by the Freight Forwarder. We can not operate equipment on Freight Forwarder's Truck or Trailer.  We will work with your Forwarder or Exporter to the best of our ability.
