NJ, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV

-Sales in which the purchased item is Picked Up by the Purchaser at our location in PA that sale will be charged PA sales tax regardless of the State in which you reside.

-Sales in which the Purchaser or Kurtz Trading arranges Delivery of the purchased item to one of the States listed above that sale will be charged sales tax in the State you reside. 

Payments for Purchases made through PayPal or any 

offered payment options outside of direct payment to Kurtz Trading

-Sales Tax will be collected based on the policies enforced by , PayPal, etc.  Kurtz Trading is not liable or responsible for the collecting or reporting of the sales tax.

-Sales not initially taxed and collected by , PayPal, etc. may still be subject to sales tax.
