Forklift has been a great work lift, used 3-4 times a week for 10-15 minutes each week for the past 7 years.  36 inch forks.  Has proven reliable without any need for repair.  I have checked the battery twice a year and topped off water when necessary.  The side shift hoses have been disconnected due to a leak in the hose but could be hooked up again with new hoses.  The hose guides for the side shift should be rewelded if the side shift is hooked up again.  Battery is 48 volt and comes with the charger
