classifieds board CATERPILLAR V60B FORKLIFT, 1975I have owned this since Sept 2008 for personal use. I seem to use it once every few months. It is handy to have around the storage yard on either asphalt or concrete, but I don't need it. We keep it clean and it can lift things fine.It is gasoline, and it can sometimes start a little rough but runs very smooth once warmed up. The cylinder leaks, we just add oil, but it does drip. This should be used in outside yards due to fumes. It has been stored inside a shop since we bought it. Just used for the family storage area. Two-speed, but I kept it in low-range 99% of the time and drive it gentle.It is a 6000-lb capacity, it has always lifted anything I tried. It has side-shift. The brakes work fine but the e-brake does not. Gauges read fine. Continental six cylinder gas engine F227. Solid-pneumatic tires and fine. Replaced the battery and alternator last year. I have some spare filters. Seat-belt added. Dual mast that goes to 12-1/2 ft. I believe it weighs 9800-lbs.Cash only. Woodland, CA
