Seat has a tear but was covered with black duct tape, seat will be replaced if it is available before shipping otherwise we will ship you the new seat after it is available (currently on back order). the seat will be very close to same with some minor differences. Forklift purchase will include a charger of your choice (either a 110v charger or a 3 phase charger.) Forklift will also come with a 2 year warranty. (warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items such as brakes, battery, tires) like a used car warranty, but will cover most everything else.
