The forklift drives, steers, and brakes good.The forks go up/down and tilt forward/back.It has a max lift capacity of 3000 lbs. It comes with a battery charge and strong batteries that take a charge and last a while. We’ve had it for two weeks and have driven it every day and it has yet to need a charge. Return Policy

For new and unused items: If you are not satisfied products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit and the product must be returned in the same condition as received.

For used items: If you are not satisfied products may be returned within 30 days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and the product must be returned in the same condition as received.

For items sold AS IS for parts or repair: No refunds or returns. The sale will be considered final.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all used returned items
