Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, import, and handling costs. All machines are local pick-up. HMM can load items into or onto buyer's truck at no additional cost. International shipments will require additional loading costs due over-seas container requirements, cost will be variable and based on size and weight of items. HMM can obtain quotations to ship from HMM’s warehouse to your plant, but buyer would pay shipper/trucker directly.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT END OF AUCTION

Item is sold once HMM receives payment in full. No items will be released for shipment until payment in full has cleared.

Once a machine is paid for, shipment must occur within 30 days of payment.

Return Policy: No returns accepted. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact HMM. Buyers are highly encouraged to inspect equipment prior to purchase. HMM recommends inspections be made at our Mattoon warehouse location, which is open M-F 7am-4pm. Please contact us via e-bay message to set up an appointment to see machines.

Before using machine, buyer is responsible for ensuring equipment meets all required local, OSHA, insurance, etc. safety standards. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HMM and its employees from any liability or lawsuit that may occur due to machinery use.
