Crown & Bhs PE4500-60 & ATC-24V

This is a fully functioning battery extractor being sold as-is. Local inspection and testing is possible at our shop if you are interested. This item was taken in on trade from a local trucking outfit, inspected, and used as a shop tool for about a year. We have since upgraded to a newer version of this lift & extractor.Notes on operation/condition: Powered Pallet JackThe pallet jack is a heavy-duty style "Walkie-Rider" type in good working condition and was inspected by a forklift mechanic. Aside from minor issues, which we did not need to repair to use the machine, there are no major mechanical issues apparent. There is a small seepage from the lift cylinder, due to a nicked packing kit. There is one smaller support caster assembly that could be replaced, due to a spring but we found it safe to use as-is. The pallet jack can be separated from the extractor for use with pallets, but it would require welds to be cut. The machine can easily transport a 3,000 lb battery and the chassis has a 6,000 lb. overall capacity.  The lifting and lowering function is even and smooth. Extractor DeviceThe BHS ATC-24V extractor is also in good working condition. Disconnect the battery from the lift and plug it in to the extractor to power it up. When powered on, the machine can extract and reinstall a 2,000 to 3,000 lb. forklift battery easily. We tested this function dozens of times without problems. Some wear pads have wear, but nothing critical. One roller maybe missing from the very back, but it can be ordered/replaced depending on price point.Industrial Battery (not pictured, will upload pics in the near future)The industrial battery we installed into this lift (Douglas model 12-85-13 - 510 Ampere hour rating) was tested and was found to run 3 hours 15 minutes continuously before any cells need to be recharged. We can provide a new battery (100% / 6 hour run time) for additional money, if you are interested in upgrading. The forklift compartment that holds the battery is 32"W x 13.50"L x open height (35" max for visibility)  We will include a used wire-in style charger for free and a 120V plug-in charger might be available. If you are out of state and have reservations about buying equipment over classifieds board please refer to our reviews and/or message us.
