It will not include a charger, but the batteries are 36 Volt, and hold a charge. It will also include the remote control joystick, cables, and mobile control box in pelican case. This item has been tested, and it does work, all 4 hubs spin independently, and the trolley moves freely in all directions.LOCAL PICK UP ONLY, or you are welcome to send a flatbed freight truck, prepaid.
