THE UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH A FULL CAB WITH A FUNCTIONING HEATER. THIS FORKLIFT IS IN GOOD  RUNNING CONDITION IT HAS JUST BEEN FULLY SERVICED.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THIS UNIT CALL ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT ALL EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED AT ARE FACILITY.  THIS IS A NICE UNIT.  PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING!
