We are selling this:  Electric (Battery Powered)!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "JUST RECONDITIONED" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hoist Model E200, 20,000# Capacity, Electric Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2000.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by two 36V Batteries in series for 72V operating voltage that are good for 4 1/2 to 5 hours of continuous use.  The mast is Two (2) stage, measuring 110" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 145".  The class V forks are 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 48" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  This forklift operates fine.  The tires are good in front at 70% and good in the rear at 65%.  The width of this unit is 63" and the overall length is 104" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 110" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 28,000#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The Leasing Company they came from has their forklifts maintained by their local Hoist Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hoist OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 6592 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
