Hyster H 7.0 Ft 2013 With Rotator - Repair Needed

I bought this forklift about a year ago for a project that we needed it for but there was an issue with the truck as it would not accelerate.

It starts and runs perfectly with all hydraulics working including the rotator but nothing happens when you press the throttle. If you start the truck with the throttle down I will rev up but then an error code kicks in and the truck goes back to limp mode. Please see pic for error code.

Apart from this issue it’s a lovely low hour truck that has been very well maintained (in briggs fleet)
