World Wide Shipping- We can load into overseas containers and prep for overseas shipping for additional fees.

RETURNS

Equipment is sold as is, where is on location unless otherwise stated. Equipment descriptions are intended as a guide. 

We recommend buyer to inspect the equipment to verify specifications and conditions. There is no returns after purchase.

FEEDBACK

Inspections are Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm by appointment only. We are located next to the Williamsport Regional Airport - If you want to fly in for inspection, we offer free pick up and drop off service from the Williamsport Regional Airport to our yard. Third Party Inspection - There are multiple companies that we can recommend to come and do a full inspection on any machine that you are interested in inspecting.

EXCHANGE

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description in quotation. Quotation is subject to change without notice.. All Specs and information are subject to buyers inspection.

Buyer is responsible to bring all machines to O.S.H.A. standards.

INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and salespersons from any and all claims or liabilities caused by or arising from the equipment on this quotation.

CANCELLATION

Equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any guarantees written or implied. Hours on equipment are guaranteed only by what we can visually observe. All deposits are non-refundable after 10 days.

Customer acknowledges that he/she has verified all specifications, hours model year. All invoices will be governed by Florida law, venue in Broward County, Florida. Sales are not final until paid in full and subject to prior sale.

Deposit or signature is acceptance of all terms and conditions. Faxed or electronically submitted signatures shall be treated as originals and will be binding.
