I purchased the Forklift 2-23-1999 (Found the Bill of Sale) Have used pretty much every day since at Marine Mechanics Inc. Flagler Beach, FL

It has been used around the boat yard ever since, actually pretty light duty, pulling boats in and out of the yard, lifting engines out of boats that we are repairing.

We still use it on a daily basis.

In 2017 we split the unit apart, replaced the torque converter pump drive sleeve, transmission pump, crankshaft seal, and other associated seals and gaskets in the bell housing. Replaced the Hydraulic Pump and pump drive shaft.

2019 Replaced the steering cylinder on the port side - All ball joints and steering arms were replaced at one time or another.

Through the years we have maintained this unit as well as I can because I can't run the yard without one. The Linkages and steering are quite tight, many of the wear parts have been changed through the years. We have stripped the unit down twice in the past, Fixed leaks, replaced hoses and painted the unit. (It is due for that type of service again. (Last Done 2010).

YES IT LEAKS -  There are three noticeable leaks on the unit - The flywheel housing is leaking oil out of the drain. Most likely either the pump seal or gasket has failed again. Transmission works fine but this is around a Cup per Hour Leak. We run the lift for 10-20 minutes at a time , 3 or 4 times a day.   The other leak (Needs to Be Repaired) is coming from one of the hoses on the Hydraulic pump, and it drips a drop every 2 seconds or so when running. This leak is pretty much in the open and fairly easy to repair.

I put a transmission oil pressure gauge on the unit back at 2010 and the pressure is good at 140 psi when moving and in shuttle gear. Shifts solid and doesn't seem to slip, even when pulling or pushing a 34ft boat over the sand lot.

I have a parts manual for the tractor and a few spare parts , Starter, filters, Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit (Perkins Engine), Parts Manual for the Massey Ferguson MF30B - Bear in mind I needed this forklift everyday to operate the boat yard.

Won't Be very negotiable on the price, I feel it's better than fair and I put on the market 8-8-2020 - Time will tell....

If you need a good old machine with lots of life left, here it is.....I purchased a Caterpillar RC60 with a bad transmission - Rebuilt it and now am using that in the yard.

For a Fee I can deliver within 100 miles. I also used this forklift to deliver standby generators for our other company Central Florida Generators Inc.
