The equipment is being SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Contact us with the forms of payments we accept.  All payment must clear before removal.  We ask that you pick up your item within 15 day's if you are purchasing on classifieds board.  No item will be released to a second party without written consent of the purchaser.   If you are an out of state purchaser and are transporting the machine (meaning - you are not taking possession of it in Florida and have valid transporter bill of lading) you will not be charged sales tax.  We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments.  All Sales are final.  We are not responsible for assistance in loading.  Shipping:  We use uship and other sources for quotes on shipping.  All charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.  Please have your transporter give us a minimum of 3 hours notice so we can prepare for shipping.  Storage:  We charge $10 per day if your item is not picked up after 15 days.  All our machines are available here locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early. Thank you for being considerate and picking your equipment up timely.
