Given the size and weight of this item, please note that it will be professionally packaged and shipped from Tampa, FL, via FedEx Ground or USPS. Depending upon customer location, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

ShippingSHIPPING INFORMATION

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, osssusa.com offers free shipping on all orders that will be delivered within the continental United States. Unfortunately, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.

In order for items requiring freight services to qualify for free shipping, customers must have means to accept delivery (fork-lift or shipping dock). Customers who require drop lift services will be responsible for charges assessed by carrier. Freight shipments to residential and commercial addresses that do not have the means to accept delivery will have products held at the nearest terminal for customer pick-up.

ReturnsRETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer all of our customers a 14 day, no questions asked, return policy. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Once your return is received and the serial number is inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account
