Standard delivery is absolutely free on most items! Once you place your order, we'll contact you via email and/or text with your delivery date. With our standard service, your order can be with you within 2-5 days.

Unfortunately, we can't deliver to you if you're located in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery FAQs
Who will deliver?
Most deliveries are carried out by our very own drivers, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm. A small percentage of our deliveries are carried out by DPD, depending on whether they're coming via the warehouse in Crewe or direct from the manufacturer.
How do I change my delivery address? Add special instructions?
At the payment stage, you're given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed, then you can send us a message via .
Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?
Normally yes, all deliveries must be signed for, at the delivery address, by a person aged 16 or above but at the moment we are following government guidelines on social distancing and will arrange this with you on the day of your delivery.
Where can I get updates on delivery time?
We will send tracking details for you to keep up to date with your delivery or get in touch with any questions and we can help you out.
Free 30 day returns
If you're not 100% happy with your new product and you've not used it, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us completely free.
We'll collect the product from your home and you'll receive your refund within 14 days of us collecting your item.
Our friendly team will be happy to help with any questions you might have about returning your product. All you have to do is contact our customer services team via an message or to our email address, email. You can reach them Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm and Sunday, 8am-6pm. Please note you' ll need to get in touch first before opening an request or case.
Here's some additional things you need to know about our returns policy:
If you've used the product
We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you've used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Your refund will be made within 30 days of collection.
If you've ordered other services
Our 30 day cancellation policy also applies to any additional services you may have ordered (such as connection, recycling etc.). If you've ordered any additional services for a product, these will automatically be cancelled when the order for that product is cancelled (unless the service has already been performed).
If you order an additional service and expressly choose for that service to be carried out within 30 days of order (by nominating your desired day of delivery or otherwise), then you are deemed to have waived your cancellation rights and we shall not be under any obligation to refund any charges paid for such additional services.
If you think your product may be faulty
We'll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible if you believe there's a fault with your product. We'll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem and may suggest an engineer's visit to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, we'll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.

Delivery & Recycle
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one, just make sure you add it at checkout. Not all products have this option.
Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go, due to current restrictions please leave your item to be recycled at your front entrance. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just place them at your front entrance to be collected by the driver.
Delivery & Installation
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Please just make sure, if it’s replacing an old model, that you’ve disconnected it and it’s out of the way. Installing the new one yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle. Not all products have this service available, please check at the point of checkout if you can add it to your basket.

The following information outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your order.
Availability
We display our availability on the website and also display when you can have it delivered. We deliver thousands of products a week, so we have to rely on a computer system for our stock control. On this scale, a computer offers the best system, but even they can get it wrong sometimes. If we do get this wrong, we'll tell you as soon as we know and try and sort it out for you.
Website information
We try to specify accurate dimensions for every product listed on . However, please be aware that the product dimensions do not include any protruding features such as controls and handles etc. Product dimensions represent the casing of the product only.
Whilst we strive to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate only. Similarly, we've made every effort to display all product colours accurately. However we can't guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will precisely reflect the true colour of the product delivered to you. Please also be aware that colours may differ between manufacturers.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on the website, due to continual product development through research and design, specifications may change without notice.
Prices
All the prices we display include VAT and exclude delivery.
Payment
We only accept PayPal on all our store orders, and this doesn't cost you any extra. If there are any problems with receiving payment we'll let you know.
Delivery
We deliver to most UK postcodes (with the exception of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland) through our sister company, Expert Logistics Limited. Expert has a phenomenal delivery success rate that we are very proud of. However, from time to time, depending on the product type, or seasonal demand, we may need to use other delivery agents.
The products we sell are often big and heavy, so there will be certain occasions when they may be unable to get it into your property. Lots of steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking are all things that may hinder their ability to deliver. In these situations they may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in. If not, we will attempt another delivery date or give you a full refund.
Occasionally, something will happen beyond our control that closes roads, like adverse weather conditions or things like sporting events, which result in closed roads. In this event we'll block any affected dates out of our delivery calendar. If you've already been advised of your delivery date and you're affected, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery slot. We will do what we can, but can't be held liable if we can't fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control. There are various delivery options available, depending on your needs and how much you want to pay.
Additional Services
The charges for additional services are clearly laid out in the recycling and connection pages.
Recycling
We only charge for the cost of transporting your appliance for recycling. Alternatively if you wish to return your appliance to us for no charge then it can be accepted at our delivery company's premises; Expert Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6BE - Monday to Friday 10.00 to 16.00. Proof of the delivery of our product will be required and they can only accept like for like items to those that were delivered.
If you're making use of our recycling service, please disconnect (and defrost if necessary) the appliance before we arrive.
Installation
We offer an installation service for most of the products we sell. If you're making use of a connection/installation service please disconnect (and defrost if necessary) the appliance before we arrive.
We will not be able to connect your new items if:
a) Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team's testing or are unsuitable.
b) Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
c) Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
d) Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc.
e) Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.
Cancellation
If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind you can return it within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund. We're happy for you to unpack the appliance and inspect it properly as you would if you'd bought the item from a shop. However, if you have used it beyond this, it may have a knock-on effect on our ability to sell it to someone else. It means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use we may only make a partial refund (equal such reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the appliance.
To cancel a product and request collection, please email us or call us. We'll collect your product free of charge within a reasonable time from when you cancel and on a day that suits you. We'll also refund you the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Our 30 day cancellation policy also applies to any additional services you may have ordered. If you have ordered any additional services for a product, they will be automatically be cancelled when the order for that product is cancelled, unless the service has already been performed.
If you order an additional service and expressly choose for that service to be carried out within 14 days of order (by nominating your desired day of delivery or otherwise), then you are deemed to have waived your cancellation rights and we shall not be under any obligation to refund any charges paid for any such additional services.
Things beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events include any act, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or adverse weather; or
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; or
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
Our obligations under these terms are suspended for the period that such event continues and we will have an extension of time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. We will take reasonable steps to bring the event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms can be performed despite the event.
General
We are all governed by English courts so we do everything we can to abide by English law. If we ever do anything outside of these laws then we will apologise and put it right.
