We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  JUST RECONDITIONED and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Nissan (UniCarriers) Model MCUG1F2F36LV, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2015.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 88" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 191".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 36" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are NEW all around.  The width of this unit is 50" and the overall length is 103" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 88" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 12,100#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large stamping company) has their forklifts maintained by a local forklift sales and service company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The digital hour meter on this forklift reads 14790 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Headlights, Back Up Warning and Light, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
