If sending a Freight Company, a bill of lading MUST be emailed to our company and MUST accompany the driver at the time of pick up. TAM INVESTMENTS LLC MUST NOT be listed as the shipper. The BOL must also mention the purchaser as well as the items they are authorized to pick up. Items will not be loaded and BOL will not be signed if our company is listed as the shipper. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing purchases from auction site and arranging for any shipping. The auction company does not provide shipping.The auction company is not responsible for and does not provide any type of packing service. If you are sending a shipper or freight truck to pick up your purchases, the shipper/freighter is also responsible for packing your purchases.

WE TRY TO DESCRIBE EQUIPMENT ACCURATELY  AS WE CAN BUT ONE PERSON MAY FIND A MACHINE OUTSTANDING AND THE NEXT UNSATISFACTORY.  YOU ARE BUYING AT BARGAIN PRICES LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND VIDEOS OF THE MACHINE AND RESEARCH THE MODEL ON THE INTERNET SO THAT YOU KNOW THE SIZE AND CAPABILITIES THE MACHINE WAS DESIGNED FOR. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU ARE PAINTING A HOUSE WITH GRASS AROUND IT AND NEED A TWENTY FOOT LIFT, DO NOT BUY ONE THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED IN A WAREHOUSE ON CONCRETE FLOORS IT IS NOT GOING TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS. This is an "AS-IS, where is" item.  Please keep this in mind when bidding. Look at all pictures closely, the pictures show the condition of the item in your opinion.  We explain all equipment to the best of our abilities and we are more than willing to attempt to answer any questions you may have.  The majority of the  equipment we handle is purchased from used equipment sources. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee the hours of service on any of the items we sell. We do guarantee that we never turn back hour meters or tachometers so the information we report for an item is taken directly from the specific meter. If a machine shows low hours or miles, etc. that do not appear to be correct, we will tell you that. Otherwise, our information is from the machine and is not guaranteed as to accuracy.  

All information we provide for items, such as serial numbers, weights, horsepower, lift capacities, year, etc., is taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate.  We do not guarantee that information but provide it for your assistance.  Again, we cannot make any guarantees, this item is sold AS-IS. Purchaser agrees that by committing to purchase the item, Purchaser is entering into a binding contract with Seller. If Purchaser fails to pay for the item within 48 HOURS, and thereby breaches its obligations to Seller, Purchaser agrees to pay to Seller an amount equal to the lesser of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price or $250 as liquidated damages. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Seller’s harm caused by Purchaser’s breach would be impossible or very difficult to accurately estimate, and that the liquidated damages are a reasonable estimate of the anticipated or actual harm that might arise from Purchaser’s breach. The parties intend that the liquidated damages constitute compensation, and not a penalty. Purchaser’s payment of the liquidated damages is Purchaser's sole liability and entire obligation and Seller’s exclusive remedy for Purchaser’s breach.
