Our primary job is bank asset liquidation, however when at auction we will purchase assets that we feel are of good value to our customers. We diligently research all like items for sale in North America. We try to set our asking price below or among the lowest. We are known for having older items in the average condition of far newer units, it's one of our favorite things to do. We have the very best technicians that can be had, skilled in assessment and repairs of vast types of assets. A technical analysis is done on every item including a series of tests on the engines and major components that weed out items with issue before they are even shipped to our Orem yard. Only the best are brought in and presented to the public. We provide a detailed condition report complete with a statement from our mechanical technician, video of the machines in action and photos aplenty in every presentation with 100% success.However we are limited in the time we have to liquidate assets. If we are unable to sell them to the public in a short time, we will return them to auction. After 3 or 4 weeks we don't want it around anymore so we'll do almost anything to get it gone. Consequently our reserve price is lowered often, sometimes daily.
