For the State of Florida buyers a 7% tax will be added to the selling price.

100% or 50% downpayment - 50% by L/C Wire Transfer, T/T, In Advance - 100% before shipment.

DELIVERY TIME WHEN EQUIPMENT IS NOT IN STOCK:

According to availability, inventory, or production line 60 - 90 days, after confirmed payment of full order or advance.

The goods are sold with retention of title of RHINO EQUIPMENT until receipt of full payment. All payments are not refundable, cancellable or exchangeable.

 Rhino Equipment ® is not responsible for any delay or fee caused for any process in production, logistics, mayor force or that or may result from customs or authorities in USA or any other territory.

 Every unit must be payed 100% and shipped once is ready according to order from production line.

Delay on payments and documents may generate additional fees, financial and logistics interests that will be charged to the customer. 

The Delivery time starts from the moment when the advance downpayment or full payment is verified and confirmed in the RHINO EQUIPMENT® accounts. 

In case of renunciation and/or rescission of this contract, the down payment will be held as a penalty.
