Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
- FREE Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days with the courier Hermes
- £2.99 Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days with the courier Hermes*
*Please note that the cut off time for express delivery orders is 2:30pm, orders placed after 2:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Express orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution.

Please note: due to restrictions we can only dispatch items to the delivery address entered into PayPal during the order process. We are also unable to deliver to the following locations: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, PO Box and British Forces Post Offices (BFP0) addresses at this time.
Returns
We trust that you will love your purchase from Branded Bedding, however in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we offer a 30 day returns policy (detailed below). We are happy to issue either a full refund or send out a replacement item, whichever is more suitable for you – simply let us know which you would prefer.
If you have any issues or wish to return your item(s), please contact us through the messaging system before opening a case or leaving feedback and our friendly customer services team will make every effort to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
If you wish to return your goods, you must inform us in writing (email or letter) of your intention to do so as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, the 30 day period commences on the day after you receive your goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return costs and we happy to replace such items. If you are returning the item for any other reason, unfortunately we will not be able to pay the return costs.
Reimbursement will take place after the item(s) have been received by our customer services team. When returning your items, they must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packing. Failure to do so could delay the processing of your return.
The most economical way to return unwanted items is to use My Hermes Courier Service. My Hermes offers a collection and return for from £3.60 dependant on size and weight of item. You will also have the option to use one of their conveniently located parcel shops as a drop off point if required. The on-line form is quick and easy and you can print off a label at home with convenient home collection offered.
If you use the My Hermes service you will be supplied with a 16 digit tracking number, please send us an message advising that the item has been returned, this will allow us to process your return more quickly and accurately. Once the 16 digit number is received and confirmed, we will process your refund or re-ship your replacement immediately.

Cancellation Rights
In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 14 working days (not including Bank Holidays or weekends) from the day after you receive your goods.
Please contact us via email messages detailing you wish to cancel, your order number and your name and address - or write to Customer Services, Branded Bedding, Hanson Point, Hanson Close, Middleton, Manchester, M24 2HD.
You must return any goods you have received to us to Customer Services, Hanson Point, Hanson Close, Middleton, Manchester, M24 2HD as soon as possible. The cost of the item(s) purchased and the cost of sending your order to you will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us as per our returns policy.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can still purchase from us through PayPal by selecting “Don’t have a PayPal account?” you can enter Credit Card or Debit Card details and complete the payment.
If you are having any problems with using PayPal you can contact them on phone. Alternatively contact our customer services team who will be happy to assist you. Please note: we are unable to take payment over the telephone for orders.
