Towable Salt Spreader

Purpose built salt spreaders towable by almost any vehicle -

e.g. Forklifts, ATV, 4 x 4, Quad Bikes............

Designed for use only with dried high purity White Marine Salt to BS 3247, available in 25 Kg bags. ONE 25 KGS BAG DISPATCHED FREE WITH EVERY SPREADER. We do not recommend using Brown Rock Salt, Grit, Salt/Grit or wet salts as they will not spread as efficiently.

Tow Hitch included: Customer to specify type: ball, clevis, eye etc

Stainless Steel Spinner and Fan Blades

Stainless Steel Spread Limiter/Deflector – essential for safety and control

Galvanised Internal hopper agitator specifically designed for salt

Galvanised Hoppers – 150 KGS and 500 KGS Capacity

Grading grid/safety guard inside hopper

Unique spinner disengage lever – reduces wear, clogging and skidding

Heavy duty industrial axle driven spinner means no wires or hoses to connect

Full size quad bike tyres for best traction

Spread width, adjustable 2-6mtrs

Spread direction: 180 degrees behind.

Adjustable flow rate – lever controlled.
