Payment Info:

PayPal, certified check, or cashier's check. Cash cannot be accepted in a Bankruptcy Court ordered sale. 

Full payment (Winning bid plus the $225 processing fee) must be received on Friday, March 25th, 2016 between the hours of 12pm PST and 4pm PST at the time of pickup at the same address in Santa Paula, CA.  The Trustee will be at this address to accept payment and deliver keys and Title to the winning bidder. Any bidder who does not complete the sale within 24 hours from the close of auction will be considered in default. Seller has the right to proceed with the next highest bidder. 

Shipping Info:

The winning bidder may pick up the vehicle in Santa Paula, CA once the title is received by the buyer. Shipping outside the Santa Paula, CA area is not available.   

Please be advised that because this is a US Bankruptcy Court Ordered sale, and subject to approval, processing can take an average of 3-6 weeks.
