If necessary we will replace any failing parts.- Inspect Tires and if they are under 75%, we will replace them.- Inspect mast and if necessary replace carriage bearings.- Seat will be in good condition without rips. If necessary seat will be reupholstered or a new seat will be installed- New Paint and decals- Reconditioned Battery will be in 75% of a new battery condition or better. It will go through a reconditioning process to desulfate the battery and repair and replace any bad cells in the battery.
